Previous Projects
The Thorne
Groundworks and drainage for 3 houses in Hastings. Responsible for liaising with the Architect, Structural Engineer, Building Control, NHBC, LABC and material suppliers. We carried out all the setting out with a Leica TS06 plus. Groundworks included trenches up to 2.5m deep with heaveguard, drainage diversion, RC ground beams over existing cesspit, block and beam floor.
